Overview[]

The Notillius Star System was colonized by a group of Kelosians fleeing a forthcoming invasion of Kelos by the Arrqs. This group of Kelosians, calling themselves Woogians, after their first leader, Noonian Woog, landed on the third planet in the system, which supported life. Over the next five years, they began the process of terraforming the remaining 4 inner planets to habitable states, a process lasting 45 years. To this day, Woogian III is the center of population in the system, but the population has begun to disperse over the habitable inner planets.

Politics[]

The Notilius Star System is governed by the United Woogia, a political body made up of the inhabitants of the system. The population of the United Woogia resolves all problems by directly voting on resolutions and having the United Woogia Centrillion, the "executive branch", execute the resolutions through laws. The Centrillion is led by the Head of State, the Noonian. The Noonian is appointed to a 2 Galactic Year term.

Economy[]

The United Woogia's economy is an extreme form of self-sufficiency, on the basis that outside interference in the system's economy will result in eventual collapse, debt, and the eventual destruction of the system by outside forces.
