Vhaliv is the fourth planet orbiting the Class 1 Yellow-White star Shiss. Also known as Telios 2, Vhaliv is a rocky world that was the site of the second Telian experiments in telioforming. The resulting success in the creation of a balanced ecosystem led to the colonization of this planet by several million Telian citizens. One section of the planet has been reserved for extensive mining operations, with the use of gravity chutes to bring ore into orbit for pickup.
