The Constitution of Cresia is the supreme law of the Republic of Cresia. The first three Articles of the Constitution establish the separate powers of the three branches of the national government: a legislature, the bicameral Congress; an executive branch led by the President; and a judiciary headed by the Supreme Court. The last Articles establish the federal structure of Cresia.

The Constitution was adopted on 34893-01 DT by the Congress of Cresia and came into effect 34894-02-057 DT, when the Cresian reunification came into effect.
