The Constitutional Court of Cresia is a high court in the Republic of Cresia that deals primarily with constitutional law. Its main authority is to rule on whether or not laws that are challenged are unconstitutional. The Court, which meets in the Constitutional Courthouse, consists of a chief justice and four associate justices who are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Once appointed, justices have a twenty-year tenure unless they are removed after impeachment. Unlike the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court has full powers of judicial review.
