The standard set by the Zirvalla Council to declare a ships diplomatic status.

Diplomatic Color[]
Diplomatic ships are required to be painted entirely white, with the exception of the home worlds flag.
Diplomatic Registration[]
The ship must be registered to Zirvalla versus to the Home planet itself. Zirvalla diplomatic designations always start with Zv01, which signifies that it is a diplomatic ship.
Penalties[]
Fired upon[]
If you are in full compliance to the standard and you are fired upon, Zirvalla, and your home world can take full military action against the person, or government that has fired upon you, you may also return fire.
Firing on
If you fire upon a ship while bearing a Zirvalla diplomatic coloring or registration, then you are immediately considered an enemy of the Sector.
