The Eclipse are a sinister and mysterious race. They are the heralds of a being called the Destroyer, a world-devouring monstrosity. The Eclipse appear to be a huge shadow, but is actually thousands of microorganisms working together. Often they take the form of an army of shadow. They have never lost a battle, ever, not even against armies far larger than they. They can absorb shadow and become bigger and stronger, or if they wish to leave they can simply vanish into the shadows.
