The President of the Independent Coalition of Systems is the leader of the Senate. The President wields executive power as granted by the Coalition Constitution. The President leads all sessions of the Senate. The President is elected for a period of two years by a general election. A candidate may serve two terms, consecutive or otherwise, as President.
