The Kelosian diaspora is a term used to describe the Kelosians who have emigrated from the Kelosian System.
The first instance of emigration from the Kelosian System was that of the Ancestor, whose descendants founded Hollowstar. Emigration began in earnest just before the Kelosian War, when the Notillians emigrated to the Notillian System. After the war, Kelosian spacefaring capabilities advanced to that of a type B civilization due to increased military spending. Since then, Kelosians have colonized many systems in their vicinity.

The Hollowstar are a Kelosian people that inhibit the Hollowstar and Malegan Systems under the monarchy of Hollowstar. They are descended from the Ancestor, a Kelosian who independently developed space travel ahead of the rest of the Kelosians.

Notillians are physically identical to Kelosians, though they see themselves as a different species, with different ideologies about society. Notillians are pacifists, and believe only in arms for self-defense. The Notillians started as a group of Kelosians who left the Kelosian Sector in 21972 GST in an attempt to colonize the Antheon Sector and escape the forthcoming Arrq invasion.
Society and culture[]
Notillians are a peaceful people, condemning violence and use a sophisticated democratic system to mediate all disputes. Due to their principles of peace, there is virtually no crime, and all captured criminals are sent to solitary life in the ocean prisons of Woogian V.
Notillians are a highly social species, with many advanced forms of communication.
Cresii[]
The Cresii or Cresians are a people primarily residing in Cresia, a region in Fresca, Crystaldeep. They are the predominant ethnic group in Northern Fresca. Sometimes, a distinction between Cresii and Cresian is made: Cresii denotes an ethnic group, while Cresian implies residence in Cresia. In another usage, Cresii refers to the ethnic group, while Cresian denotes an individual of that ethnic group. However, in common speech, both term are nearly synonymous.
