The Supreme Court of Cresia is the highest court in the Republic of Cresia. It has ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all national courts and over provincial court cases involving national law, and original jurisdiction over a small range of cases. The Court, which meets in the Supreme Courthouse, consists of a chief justice and four associate justices who are nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate. Once appointed, justices have a twenty-year tenure unless they are removed after impeachment.

The Supreme Court is limited in its powers of judicial review. This means that it cannot overturn any primary legislation made by the Congress (Act of Congress). However it can overturn secondary legislation. In contrast, the Constitutional Court has full powers of judicial review.
